MUNCIE, Ind. — A Muncie man is accused of sending pornographic images to underage girls.
The excuse he told police, he didn’t know why he did it, he just does stupid things sometimes.
Jack Durbin, was arrested Wednesday, said the Muncie Star Press.
Police began investigating in late August after a 13-year-old girl, who went to the same church as Durbin, received pornographic images from him.
He also sent inappropriate messages to a 16-year-old girl.
Durbin told police that he sent the girls pictures of cartoon characters having sex. One of the characters he said was Scooby-Doo.
He also admitted that he thought the 16-year-old girl was 12-years-old.
Police said Durbin has a history of sending inappropriate sexual images to women, but believe this is the first time he’s sent pictures to underage girls.
He’s being held in the Delaware County jail.
