EVANSVILLE, Ind.–A judge in Vanderburgh County has resigned after the Indiana Commission on Judicial Qualifications found he had inappropriate relationships with court employees and attorneys on court property, during work hours.

Vanderburgh County Magistrate Jeffrey T. Shoulders has also agreed he will not seek or accept judicial office in the future, said a news release from the Commission.

Shoulders was appointed to the office in November 2012.
