INDIANAPOLIS — An Indianapolis man is accused of sexually abusing two sleeping girls in Chicago.

Hunter Best, 25, charged with two counts of aggravated sexual abuse, one count of home invasion, and one count of felony criminal trespass, according to a statement by Michele Smith, Alderman of Chicago’s 43rd Ward.

Best is accused of breaking into two homes in the city’s Lincoln Park neighborhood on May 27 and assaulting a 13-year-old girl in one house and an 11-year-old girl in the other.

Alderman Smith says Best got into the first home, located in the 400 block of West Belden Avenue, through an unlocked door. Security footage obtained by CPD shows Best entering and exiting the residence.

Best has been extradited from Indiana to Illinois.
