An Indiana abortion law again being struck down prompts Rob Kendall and Abdul to have a spirited debate on what constitues “undue burden.”

Kendall:

So how are you going to tell me that it is not an undue burden on that life to literally get sucked out of the womb, but it is an undue burden on the mother, for just a mere 18 hours, to have to look at this ultra sound, to go, “Do I really want to do this?” Who is really getting the undue burden here?
