MADISON COUNTY, Ind. — A man’s body was found Monday morning in Anderson and his death is being treated as a homicide.
Madison County Sheriff Mellinger says the man was found in a heavily-wooded area of a nature preserve on the city’s east side.
Investigators believe the man’s body had been in the woods for several days.
The victim has not been identified and a cause of death has not been determined.
