INDIANAPOLIS–Two people were killed in separate shootings on the north side of Indianapolis early this morning.
IMPD officers responded to the area of West 38th Street and Boulevard Place this morning at 2:30. When they got there, they saw one person with gunshot wounds in the alley east of 3800 Boulevard Place. That person was pronounced dead at the scene.
Then at about 3, officers were dispatched to the 5400 block of Kenyon Drive near 56th street after a call came in that someone had been shot.
When police arrived, they found a person with gunshot wounds. That person was taken to a hospital in critical condition, but later died.
