Explosive new allegations have been levied against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh by a woman who claims she witnessed efforts by Kavanaugh and others to get girls “inebriated and disoriented so they could then be ‘gang raped’ in a side room or bedroom by a ‘train’ of numerous boys.

“I have a firm recollection of seeing boys lined up outside rooms at many of these parties waiting for their ‘turn’ with a girl inside the room,” she wrote in a declaration that her attorney, Michael Avenatti, posted Wednesday morning on Twitter. “These boys included Mark Judge and Brett Kavanaugh.”

Sean Davis of the Federalist discussed the latest allegations against Judge Kavanaugh in an exclusive interview with WIBC host Tony Katz Wednesday afternoon.

Davis:

“This is ridiculous. Once we’ve gone to the point where people are allowed to make unsubstantiated rape allegations against anyone they don’t like, the Republic here is done. We can’t have any organized society where someone can have their life and their career ruined simply because of completely unsubstantiated allegations.

I think what we’re coming to find in this country that there are two systems of laws, and if you’re on the right side you’re untouchable, but if you’re on the wrong side then clearly you’re a rapist who shouldn’t be nominated to the Supreme Court.”
