INDIANAPOLIS–Two teenagers were injured in a shooting on Indy’s south side just after midnight Friday.
State police believe it happened on the ramp from I-65 southbound to Southport Road and that the shots were fired from either a black or dark colored car.
They think it may have been a Nissan with a large rust spot on the back, which then drove away westbound on Southport Road.
One of the teenagers injured was a 16-year-old driver of a black Chevy Impala. The other teenager was a 15-year-old who was driving a red Chevrolet Malibu.
Both of them were taken to a hospital.
Police are still looking into it.
