INDIANAPOLIS — The Macy’s at Glendale Town Center is set to shut down.
Kite Realty Group says the store will close on April 1.
“Glendale Town Center is a prime example of how great real estate has and will evolve in response to a dynamic retail landscape. We are excited for the opportunity to reimagine a center that has been a mainstay of the Indianapolis community for decades” said Tom McGowan, Kite Realty Group President and Chief Operating Officer in a press release.
A release by Kite called the announcement a “redevelopment opportunity.”
There is no word yet on what will happen to the employees at the store.
