She… Came… Back…

Actually, she never really went away.

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is NOT dead – regardless of what the graphic’s editor at Fox & Friends says.

See, the people over at Fox News accidentally aired a graphic Monday morning that implied the 85-year-old Supreme Court Justice had bought the farm.

Fox & Friends co-host Steve Doocy expressed regret later in the program and apologized for the error.

“While going to break in the previous segment, a technical error in the control room caused a graphic that was created for a future broadcast to appear on your television,” said Doocy. “Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is NOT dead yet; however, given her age and recent decline in health, we’ve determined it is in the best interest of the Fox News Network to have the Ginsburg death graphic on stand-by at all times. We take our responsibilty as a news organization very seriously, and we MUST be prepared for when the inevitable occurs.”

Just kidding. Here’s what Doocy said:

“We need to apologize. … A technical error in the control room triggered a graphic of RBG with a date on it. We don’t want to make it seem anything other than that was a mistake. That was an accident.”

So just to reiterate, Ruth Bader Ginsburg is NOT dead. She will be eventually, however, and when that day comes, Fox News will be ready.

By the way, did you hear Ruth Bader Ginsburg is set to make a cameo in the new Lego movie? No b.s.; she’s actually doing it.
