INDIANAPOLIS — Race weekend gears up with the Indianapolis 500 parade today.
It’s starting around 11:45 this morning.
In addition to seeing the 33 racers, you’ll see a variety of entries including: floats, award-winning marching bands, and celebrities.
Whether you’re going to the parade today or not, be aware of street closures while you’re downtown.
The 500 parade will have streets from 16th down to Washington Street closed off.
