INDIANAPOLIS — Indianapolis Public Schools is teaming up with the Indiana Department of Health to offer two vaccine clinics at three IPS schools.
Pre-registration is required for all in-school student immunizations and is recommended for all families attending the after-school clinics. On-site registration/authorization will be permitted.
Clinic Details
- December 15
- Arsenal Tech High School Gymnasium, 1500 East Michigan Street
- 2:45-7 p.m. All Other Families/Students
- Enter campus through Oriental Street Gate 5 and park in the North Bus Lot.
- Enter building through Door 1.
- NO ENTRY to parking lot or school building until after busses depart at 2:30 p.m.
- December 16
- IPS | Butler Lab School #60, 3330 North Pennsylvania Avenue
- 11:30 a.m. -1 p.m. School 60 Students Only
- Shortridge High School, 3401 North Meridian Street

- 4:15-7 p.m. All Other Families/Students
- Enter parking lots via bus lanes on 34th Street (can use School 60 Parking Lot South of 34th) or overflow lot on Pennsylvania Street.
- Enter building through Door 12 on 34th Street or Door 1 on the north side.

- January Follow-Up for 2nd Doses (Dates and locations to be announced)
Vaccinations being offered:
- All Pre K – 12 Indiana 21-22 School Year Required and Recommended School Immunizations
- Seasonal Flu
- COVID-19
- Ages 5-11: Pfizer (initial and second dose)
- Ages 12+: Pfizer, Moderna, and J&J (initial and second dose)
- Booster – Pfizer, Moderna, and J&J
All students under age 18 receiving vaccinations must have prior consent submitted by a parent or guardian via the immunization clinic registration link.
