AG Todd Rokita Talks Fed Court Win Against Contractor Vaccine Mandate
A federal judge in Georgia has blocked the Biden Administration from enforcing an executive order requiring contractors to ensure all workers are vaccinated, wearing masks, and social distancing.
Attorney General Todd Rokita joined Tony Katz to talk about the win in federal court against the contractor vaccine mandate and where the fight goes from here.
Rokita was one of the several state AGs to speak up against the original mandate that was announced in September.
