Fever Snap Losing Streak With 85-76 Win Over Mystics

INDIANAPOLIS–The Indiana Fever led by as many as 16 points and snapped a three-game losing streak by knocking off the Washington Mystics Tuesday night at Gainbridge Fieldhouse 85-76.
The Fever held Washington to 1-10 from behind the three-point arc.
Even though they got outrebounded by Washington 33-19 and outscored in the paint 48-34, the Fever shot 51% from the field and 39% from three-point range.
Indiana was led by Kelsey Mitchell with 24 points on 7-14 shooting. Lexie Hull added 14 points and 6 rebounds. Aliyah Boston was the third Fever player in double figures with 10 points and four assists. Caitlin Clark and Sophie Cunningham missed the game as they continue to battle injuries.
Kiki Iriafen and Brittney Sykes each had 20 points for the Mystics in the loss.
The Fever are 3-4 overall. They face the 2-4 Chicago Sky on Saturday night at 8 pm.
