Two People Killed in San Diego Plane Crash

SAN DIEGO, CA.–Two people are dead and several others are injured because of a small plane crashing into a military housing neighborhood early Thursday morning in San Diego, California.
Police say the dead were occupants in the plane. The Cessna private jet struck around 15 homes in the Murphy Canyon neighborhood at around 3:45 am local time, causing multiple houses and vehicles to catch fire.
San Diego Assistant Fire Chief Dan Eddy said there was a dense fog when the crash occurred, and there was one downed power line.
Eddy said the cause of the crash is under investigation by the FAA.
