Terre Haute Man Charged with Felony Intimidation

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. — Threats have been made against Republican state Rep. Jim Lucas and a man from Terre Haute has been charged.
The threats consisted of voicemails and messages on Facebook, said Indiana Capitol Police.
They did not reveal the content of those messages.
They did serve a search warrant Monday and arrest Robert L Bennett, 55, of Terre Haute, and have charged him with four counts of felony intimidation.
Tuesday he was still in jail in Vigo County, with bond set at $50,000.
