It is patently obvious to anyone paying attention that former Vice President Biden is suffering from some form of cognitive decline. It was amusing in the early stages of the campaign season. Now, it’s just sick.
Most recently, Biden fumbled his way through a very basic interview with CNN’s Anderson Cooper Thursday night – a softball interview during which the former Vice President was clearly reading from a set of notes off camera.
