INDIANAPOLIS — The U.S. Navy’s top aerobatics team will be in the sky over Indianapolis this week to salute frontline workers battling the coronavirus.

The Blue Angels confirmed the flyover on Twitter over the weekend. The team of six F/A-18 Hornets will be flying over Indianapolis, Chicago, and Detroit Tuesday, May 12th.

  • Flyovers in Detroit will start at 11:30 a.m. (ET) and last roughly 21 minutes.
  • Flyovers in Chicago will start at 11:45 p.m. (CDT) and last roughly 15 minutes.
  • Flyovers in Indianapolis will start at 2:00 p.m. (EDT) and last roughly 11 minutes.
