The Blue Angels and The Thunderbirds are honoring Healthcare Workers and other essential workers on the frontlines of COVID-19 around the country, with a “flyover salute”. JOHN FOLEY, a former Lead Solo Pilot of the Blue Angels joined us on the First Day to talk about how important these flyover salutes really are for all of us! Before you go crazy about how much this “salute” costs Americans, John explained that the pilots have to get their mandatory flight training hours in one way or another. THIS idea of a salute to healthcare workers just made sense!
