Help in the Heartland: Central Indiana flood relief effort, supporting American Red Cross disaster relief.

As many as 500 people gathered on Saturday at the Governor’s Mansion to protest the Executive Orders of Eric Holcomb. Yet despite numerous parts of those orders (from non essential travel, to failing to social distance, to size of group gathering) being violated, not a single citation was issued.
The Chicks on the Right and Producer Rob Kendall debated why tickets weren’t issued in today’s Speed Round. Rob speculates that Governor Holcomb knows his orders are unconstitutional, which makes them completely unenforceable in a court of law. And people peacefully exercising their First Amendment Right wasn’t where he wanted to test it.
So if the authorities weren’t willing to cite people for directly defying orders literally on the Governor’s lawn, then why should anyone believe they will be enforced at any time? The protests would have been an incredible opportunity for Governor Holcomb to show his Executive Orders were more than just idle threats, and he failed to follow through.
