INDIANAPOLIS — The number of coronavirus infections in Indiana continues to rise.
A total of 4,944 Hoosiers have now tested positive for the virus, according to the Indiana State Department of Health.
Marion County has the highest number of infections, with 1,956.
More than 26,000 Hoosiers have been tested for coronavirus.
The number of Hoosiers to die from the virus is now 139. Deaths are reported based on when data are received by ISDH and occurred over multiple days.
