Former Vice President Joe Biden wandered away from his handlers again this week, turned on the video live stream, and wound up fueling additional concerns about his cognitive faculties.
Appearing on MSNBC Monday (barely), the former Vice President – reading from a SCRIPT mind you – offered his unsolicited recommendations for how President Trump should address the Coronavirus pandemic.
“In order to avoid those very high numbers we have to do several things. One: We have to depend on what the President is going to do right now. First of all, he has to, tell, wait for all the cases before anything happens. Look, the whole idea is he has to get in place things we’re shortages of,” Biden said.
The video of Biden’s comments is below, but be advised, some viewers may find the former Vice President’s comments disturbing. After all, this guy could wind up as President someday.
