RICHMOND, Ind.–It’s no secret toilet paper has been hard to find at stores since the coronavirus outbreak reached Indiana. But now a man from Richmond says he’s helping Hoosiers one roll at a time.

David Carpenter, 34, is a limo driver who gives away free toilet paper to people who need it.

“A lot of people are out there hoarding this stuff. If you take all of these supplies from people, not just this (holding up toilet paper), but Lysol and other stuff, then the people that do need it are going to get infected,” says Carpenter.

Which is why he emphasized the importance of working together.

“If we work together and not against each other, we can overcome coronavirus,” says Carpenter.

Carpenter uses his limo as a makeshift sales stand to draw the attention of people who live in the area.
