One Person Killed, One Injured in East Side Crash

INDIANAPOLIS — One person is dead and another is in the hospital after a crash early Friday morning on Indy’s east side.
Police say two vehicles crashed on East 30th Street, under the I-465 overpass, around 1:30 a.m.
One of the drivers was killed in the crash. The driver of the other car was taken to the hospital. Their names have not been released.
Police believe alcohol was a factor in the crash.
