CARMEL, Ind. — Carmel Police say Fuming Li has been located.
CARMEL, Ind. — Carmel Police are asking for the public’s help to find a missing man.
Fuming Li, 63, was last seen near the area of 146th Street and Ditch Road at around 5 a.m. Thursday.
He is five feet, six inches tall with black hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a blue winter jacket.
