INDIANAPOLIS — An 18-year-old man has been arrested and charged in Tuesday’s fatal shooting at an east side liquor store.
Anthony Steele is accused of murdering 18-year-old Elijah Lacey as he sat in his pickup truck outside the Crown Liquor store and Waffle House near 21st Street and N. Post Road.
The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department says it is still trying to identify the person seen getting out of Lacey’s truck at the time of the shooting.
