LAS VEGAS-– The man wanted in last weekend’s murder of the assistant manager at a Dollar General store in Indianapolis – has been arrested in Las Vegas.  

Officers say Douglas Cobbs, 51, was taken into custody Friday afternoon in the shooting death of Brian Eure, 27. 

Eure was killed in a robbery attempt May 27 and was the assistant manager at the store, which is located at 5450 Emerson Way, near 56th Street and Emerson Avenue on the northeast side. 

U.S. Marshals arrested Cobb on a warrant for homicide and robbery resulting in serious bodily injury. 

Investigators say they were able to identify Cobbs through surveillance camera inside the store.  

Cobbs is due in court tomorrow in Las Vegas and is expected to be sent back to Indiana to face charges.
