INDIANAPOLIS — A man was found shot dead late Sunday evening on Indianapolis’ northeast side.
The shooting happened at about 10:20 p.m., in the 4000 block of Essex Court.
A spokesperson with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department said a man in his late teens or early 20s was found dead in an apartment.
Police are not sure if the apartment is where the shooting happened.
The victim has not been identified. His death is the 67th criminal homicide in Indianapolis this year.
