We’ve got an issue involving guns right here in Indianapolis. There is only one man who can clear up this situation. The Gun Guy, Guy Relford joins Hammer and Nigel. Here was the situation: a man accidently lost his gun while in an IKEA. A few minutes later, a kid finds the gun and fires it. Nobody was hurt, but people are freaking out over the situation. The man was charged with criminal recklessness. Guy Relfrod isn’t so sure that the charge is appropriate.
“I didn’t think that the prosecutor would file a criminal recklessness charge. The act has to be knowing, intentional or reckless and has to cause an injury to a person. You can say he’s a knucklehead, but what did he do that was knowing, intentional or reckless?”
