GRANT COUNTY, Ind.–A burglary and theft charge have been filed against the Van Buren Town Marshal.
Indiana State Police say a man who lived in Van Buren had prescription medication taken from his home back on May 31. On July 3, that man says he was looking for his prescription medication and it was missing again.
He reviewed his video surveillance system and saw who he says is Donald Bosley, the Van Buren Town Marshal, taking the medication in full police uniform.
Bosley, 49, was arrested Thursday afternoon.
He is being held at the Grant County Jail on a $20,000 bond.
