MUNCIE, Ind. – A Muncie man is accused of threatening to bite off a police officer’s fingers.

Cody Stamper, 36, was arrested Saturday after Muncie police received a call about a man screaming at people, according to The Muncie Star Press.

During the ride to the Delaware County  Jail, Stamper allegedly told one of the officers that he would “track him down” and bite his fingers off.

He faces two counts of intimidation.

Stamper has been convicted once before for making threats against police.

In September 2015, he pleaded guilty to intimidation after he admitted to writing threatening Facebook comments about Muncie police officers. He was sentenced to two years of probation.
