SOUTH BEND, Ind. — An Amber Alert has been declared for a 9-year-old boy from South Bend.
Indiana State Police say John D. Gyuriak, 9, was last seen wearing a red Chicago Culls jersey with “Rose #1” on the back along with black Under Armor athletic shorts with a white stripe.
Gyuriak was last seen Wednesday night at 11 pm in South Bend and is believed to be in extreme danger. He is 4 feet 1 inches tall and weighs 70 pounds. He has brown hair, brown eyes, and has a scar above his right eye.
The suspect is Areca Nicole Gyuriak, 29, who is a white female standing 5 feet tall. She also weighs 90 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a blue tank top and black yoga pants.
The suspected vehicle is a tan 2008 Dodge Charger.
