INDIANAPOLIS — Two men arrested for street racing along I-70 in downtown Indianapolis early this morning.
State Police Sgt. John Perrine said a trooper noticed a Chevy Corvette and a Ford Mustang driving erratically along the interstate at around 2:30 a.m. Once he was able to get closer he figured out the two drivers were racing each other at speed over 130 mph.
Perrine said once the trooper was able to pull both of the cars over he figured out that the driver of the Corvette, 20-year-old Donovan Wilson, was drunk. The driver of the Mustang, 43-year-old Bradley Roberts, was sober.
Both men are charged with reckless driving. Wilson is also charged with underage drinking and OWI.
