KOKOMO, Ind. — A 10-year-old Kokomo girl was killed Thursday afternoon by a hit-and-run driver.
Kokomo police were called to the 800 block of East Alto Road around 4:30 p.m. on a report of a child hit by a car. Witnesses say they saw a silver or light-colored sedan fleeing the scene.
