The man who was arrested in the murder of Mollie Tibbetts, the University of Iowa student who disappeared last month, is an illegal immigrant and worked less than three miles from where she was staying the night she vanished.

Suspect Cristhian Rivera, 24, was employed by Yarrabee Farms, according to Fox News.

Rivera’s former employers said he was an employee in good standing and had passed the government’s E-Verify employment verification.

WIBC host Tony Katz:

“And I wonder now if it goes radio silence now, because she doesn’t fit the narrative anymore. She was murdered by an illegal immigrant and of course, as we all know, everyone who comes across the border is just searching for a better life.”

In point of fact, the narrative surrounding Mollie Tibbetts is already emerging as one which the media is using to once again paint Trump supporters as racists.
