Senator Susan Collins – long seen as the swing vote in the confirmation of Brett Kavanaugh to the U.S. Supreme Court – told reporters Tuesday that Kavanaugh considers Roe v. Wade ‘settled law.’

That’s right; liberals will still be entitled to commit infanticide without facing criminal charges if Brett Kavanaugh is confirmed to the U.S. Supreme Court.

“We talked about whether he considered Roe to be settled law,” Collins said. “He said that he agreed with what Justice Roberts said at his nomination hearing in which he said it was settled law.”
