President Trump said in an interview Thursday that he gives himself an “A+” for his time in office thus far.
“I don’t think any president has ever done what I’ve done in this short — we haven’t even been two years,” Trump said in an iinterview with “Fox & Friends” host Ainsley Earhardt.
Trump cited the passage of the GOP tax cut bill last December, his nomination of two Supreme Court justices, and administration’s rollback of regulations. Trump also claimed the economy “is the best it’s ever been in history,” though there are some categories in which that is not accurate.
WIBC hosts the Chicks on the Right commented on the President’s self-evaluation and Trump’s comments about his wife, Melania:
Daisy:
“You have to know when you marry this guy that he will never love anything as much as he loves himself and loves winning. You know this going in – especially if you’re number three. So what do you think she asks for at this point when she’s like, ‘Donald you’re humiliating me as a wife.’ Seriously, let’s just get real.
Mock:
“Well, maybe she knew all that going in, but if not, she has to know at this point that ‘he does not love me.’ He likes the whole idea of marriage – he just doesn’t like the commitment of it.”
