INDIANAPOLIS — Former IMPD officer Adrian Aurs reached an agreement Thursday to pay $150,000 in restitution to the city of Indianapolis.
He was convicted of shooting a fellow officer in 2016.
He and a detective exchanged gunfire while the detective was investigating a complaint against Aur’s at his ex-wife’s apartment.
In February, he pleaded guilty to aggravated battery and two counts of pointing a firearm, and was sentenced to 12 years in prison.
