INDIANAPOLIS — Police have arrested Harold Pulliam on a warrant for murder.
He is believed to have shot Bryon Davenport Jr. to death back in May.
Officers say they were able to make the arrest with the help of community members reporting tips, as well as federal law enforcement officers.
IMPD wants to remind people that they can submit tips to help solve other unsolved crimes by calling Crime Stoppers of Central Indiana.
