INDIANAPOLIS — A teenager walking to school Monday morning found a man’s body outside an apartment complex on Indy’s northeast side.
Indy Metro Police were called to the Briargate Apartments on Elwin Drive at around 7:15 a.m.
Officers arrived and found the body of 20-year-old Carlos Williams. Williams had been shot to death.
Police have not said exactly how Williams died or how long he was outside the apartment complex before being discovered.
