FORT WAYNE, Ind. — A Fort Wayne man will be in prison for two years for dumping a teenager’s body in an alley.
Christopher Walker, 29, was sentenced Wednesday, for moving Marcie Lynn Ward’s body from the scene of a crime, says WOWO. He also admitted to helping wrap the body in sheets, carpet, and garbage bags, and to using drugs at the time.
Ward died at Scott Tindall’s home in November 2016. Tindall allegedly told Walker the girl died from a drug overdose.
The Allen County coroner’s office said Ward died from blunt force injuries to her head, mouth and face. However, no one has been charged for killing her.
