WASHINGTON — The investigation into a string of suspicious packages and pipe bombs is spreading.
Federal and state authorities in Delaware are looking into a suspicious package addressed to former Vice President Joe Biden that was found at a mail facility.
That comes as another package addressed to actor and Trump critic Robert De Niro has also been found today. It was discovered before dawn at the Oscar-winning actor’s production company in Lower Manhattan.
The packaging in what is now nine instances is said to be similar. Other packages have been sent to prominent Democrats including former Presidents Barack Obama and Bill Clinton. T
The FBI is asking anyone with information about the packages to call 1-800-CALL-FBI or go online at tips.fbi.gov.
