INDIANAPOLIS--A woman was killed in a two-car crash on the southeast side of Indianapolis Friday morning.
Police say it happened around 1:30 between South Sherman Drive and Southeastern Avenue. They believe alcohol was a factor in the crash.
They also say one person in the crash disregarded a traffic light, but they aren’t sure which one.
The woman who died at the scene is believed to be in her 30s and was driving a sedan.
Officers say the other driver was a woman in her 20s and she was in an SUV. She was not injured. Police are still looking into it.
