MISHAWAKA, Ind. — A GoFundMe campaign is set up for the family of an Indiana missionary killed while working in Cameroon, Africa.

Money donated to the Charles Wesco Family Benefit Fund will go toward travel and living expenses for Wesco’s wife and eight children, who remain in Cameroon, and will also help pay for his funeral.

Charles Wesco was shot in the head Tuesday morning while walking to town with his family, according to a Facebook post by his wife, Stephanie Wesco.

The Wesco family had only been in the country for two weeks.
