NOBLESVILLE, Ind. — A court appearance will happen today for the 13-year-old boy accused of shooting two people at Noblesville West Middle School back in May.
Prosecutors say he plans to admit to the shooting in juvenile court.
Investigators say the boy shot 13-year-old classmate Ella Whistler and science teacher Jason Seaman on May 25.
Both Whistler and Seaman were hurt, but have since recovered and are back in the classroom.
