MADISON COUNTY, Ind.–Having a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old girl is why the Madison County Sheriff’s Office says a married couple from Madison County has been arrested.
Michael Simpson, 43, and Tequila Simpson, 32, were taken into custody after investigators discovered that the sexual relationship between them and the girl went on for several months.
Both of them have been charged with sexual misconduct with a minor, which is a level 5 felony.
Michael and Tequila Simpson are scheduled to have a court appearance Thursday afternoon.
