TIPPECANOE COUNTY, Ind. — A video surfaced on social media of two people drowning a cat in a trap.
It happened near Sagamore Parkway West, in West Lafayette.
The Tippecanoe Co. Sheriff’s Office received the complaint on Monday, and is currently investigating a report of animal cruelty, says WLFI.
The video has been taken down.
