DeMOTTE, Ind.--Going into The Smoke Shop in DeMotte and buying a Hoosier Lottery scratch-off may be one of the best purchses Travis B. ever made. He came home for the holidays from Alabama, to visit his family and ended up winning $400,000 from the Hoosier Lottery.
Travis played the $10 Big Win scrtch-off in his brother’s car, said a news release from the Lottery. When he won, he went back to the house to tell his family the big news.
Travis said he plans to buy a house and not have to worry about a mortgage.
The Hoosier Lottery said there are still two $400,000 prizes that haven’t been won.
