If the Janet Leigh’s star-making role in “Psycho” hasn’t scared you out of the shower and into daily bubble baths for life, this story should do the trick.
A downtown Sacramento couple has been left feeling disgusted and thoroughly violated after awaking in the middle of the night to discover two homeless people had broken into their home and was using their shower.
“The first thing that hits me is the smell. Sewer mixed with vomit mixed with B.O. mixed with dirty feet. Yeah, it made my eyes water,” Kari Halen told a local media outlet.

Halen says said she awoke and went downstairs to check on a noise. That’s when she came across a “very large, 6-foot plus man, 200 pounds, naked with my towel wrapped around him.”
Halen and her partner Glenn also found a naked woman using their shower.
Halen says the two unwelcome guests helped themselves to the oven and electric heater as well.
While the incident took place in California, Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett will undoubtedly be doing everything in his power to ensure such events become commonplace in our fair city.
