Cake dismissed! Colorado baker Jack Phillips is 2-0 now after state officials dropped their second attempt to force him into baking delicious cakes that violate his Christian beliefs.

Phillips, meanwhile, dropped his Federal lawsuit.

“I have and will always serve everyone who comes into my shop; I simply can’t celebrate events or express messages that conflict with my religious beliefs,” Phillips said in a statement Tuesday.

“Today is a win for freedom,” he added. “I’m very grateful and looking forward to serving my customers as I always have: with love and respect.”

WIBC host Tony Katz:

“He’s a baker; he will bake what he wants, and he will decorate what he wants. My advice? You don’t like it, don’t buy a cake there. You wanna force him to do it? Listen, you cute little fascist you, it isn’t about making the world somehow safer; it isn’t about equality; it’s about none of those things. The people who tell you that lie to you every single day. The guy doesn’t want to make your cake, move on.”
